The Cypresswood Community Association meets with the Homeowners Association on the fourth Monday of each month at
7:00 p.m. in the east clubhouse.
All homeowners are welcome to attend this meeting. The meeting usually starts with an
address by the board president, followed by a deputy’s report, a financial report and some committee reports. Following these
agenda items, homeowners will be permitted to address the board and/or the audience for a maximum of two minutes during the Homeowner’s
Forum. To speak, a homeowner must sign up to speak at the door prior to the start of the meeting.
Immediately following
the Homeowner’s Forum, the board adjourns the public portion of the meeting and enters an Executive Session. Homeowners must
leave the clubhouse for this portion of the meeting. No votes are taken during the Executive Session. At the conclusion
of the Executive Session, the public session reconvenes and homeowners are invited back into the clubhouse. Homeowners are required
to remain silent during this portion of the meeting. Any voting by board members is done at this time and becomes part of the
public record as presented in the Executive Session minutes.
