Notice of 2008 Annual Meeting of CCA Members:

The 2008 Annual Meeting of the Members of the Cypresswood Community Association, a Texas Non-Profit corporation, will be held on TUESDAY, MAY 20, 2008 at 7 p.m. at the Cypresswood Clubhouse at 3705 Cypresswood Dr, Spring, TX 77388. The purpose of the meeting is the election of four (4) Directors to the Board of Directors of CCA. Those candidates elected will serve a two-year term. Your proxy/ballot forms have been mailed to each resident.

If you are unable to attend the May 20, 2008 meeting, please submit your vote by:

1. Placing it in the designated ballot box at the Cypresswood Clubhouse at 3705 Cypresswood Dr, Spring, TX 77388 until 12:00 (Noon) p.m., May 20, 2008;

2. Or, you may mail it to the Cypresswood East Clubhouse at 3705 Cypresswood Dr, Spring, TX 77388; or place in ballot box at East Clubhouse during regular business hours;

3. Or, you may mail it to Community Asset Management, Inc. (CAM), 9802 FM 1960 Bypass West, Suite 210, Humble, TX 77338. If you choose to mail it to CAM, your ballot must be received no later than Tuesday, May 20th.
